The ground floor of Crossroads Living will be the new home of Redmond's Home Hardware — a staple of the community and serving residents for 46 years.
Keeping Home Hardware in the community was a priority from the outset. Their presence anchors the commercial component of the development and ensures residents and neighbours alike continue to have access to a trusted local retailer. This anchor allows the development to try and keep residential rent as reasonable as possible.
This partnership reflects the project's broader commitment: development that strengthens what already makes this community special, rather than replacing it.

Crossroads Living is being developed by a team with deep ties to the region. We are not an outside developer looking to extract value; we are members of this community who want to see it thrive for generations to come.
Our approach is patient and principled. We have invested in the engineering studies, community consultation, and municipal relationships needed to do this project right. The approved septic design, completed groundwater study, and active development agreement with the municipality are evidence of that commitment.
