The Halifax Regional Municipality (HRM) confirmed its interest in Crossroads Living and we are actively working through a formal development agreement. This is a significant step forward — municipal support at this stage reflects confidence in the project's vision and its benefit to the community.
An engineered septic design that works for the site has been developed. This confirms that the site can support the full development as planned and is a key technical milestone required before construction permits can be issued.
A comprehensive Level 2 groundwater study has been completed for the site. The study confirms that there is more than sufficient water on hand to serve the development, and that drawing from the site will have no negative impact on surrounding properties. This result gives us — and the community — confidence in the long-term sustainability of the project.
